"Opening a shop has always been a dream of mine," Gayle shared. "I've always been drawn to creative endeavours, and retail allows me to express that passion through beautiful displays and a constantly evolving selection of products."
The Joys of Running a Boutique
Gayle's enthusiasm for Willow Boutique is contagious. "I love absolutely everything about running the shop," she says. "From meeting amazing customers and suppliers to the thrill of seeing new deliveries arrive (it truly feels like Christmas every time!), it brings me immense joy."
A Community Hub
Willow Boutique fosters a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors. "I have a wonderful mix of loyal customers who live nearby and curious tourists exploring the city," Gayle explains. "Many of my customers are new mums, and it's a privilege to be a part of their parenthood journey by providing them with special finds for their little ones."

While Gayle confesses a fondness for the animal print collection, it seems customers can't get enough of everything in the shop. The ombre studs and the new cosmic and optical pieces are also particularly popular.
Adding to the delightful ambiance, upbeat music fills the shop. "I love keeping things vibrant with a fun mix of disco, soul, and even a sprinkle of Taylor Swift and Harry Styles," Gayle says.

When asked about her favourite biscuit, Gayle doesn't hesitate: "Foxes Classic all the way! They melt in your mouth and are pure deliciousness."
